Q. I’ve placed an order, or submited a question, why haven’t I heard from you?
A. Our office hours are from 9am to 3pm PST. Emails are checked and responded to periodicly throughout the day.

Q. The item I saw a couple of days ago is not there anymore, where did it go?
A. Many of our items are unique and one of a kind. It is recommend that you buy before it’s gone.

Q. An item is listed as Sapphire or Ruby, does that mean it is a genuine stone?
A. The referencing of precious stones such as sapphire, amethyst, ruby, emerald, etc. is solely referring to the color. In the case a genuine stone is listed the description will include “Genuine” before the stone referenced.

Q. How do I clean my silver jewelry?
A. To keep your silver tarnish-free, frequently clean your silver in a mild dishwashing liquid diluted in water. Thoroughly dry your silver jewelry after exposure to water. Store your silver jewelry in a dry container or a plastic bag with anti-tarnish paper. Please see Care for Silver Jewelry section for details.

Q. How much is shipping and handling?
A. All merchandise will be shipped via USPS. If you would like your package to arrive sooner, please email guestservices@simplybetty.com for shipping arrangements. The following shipping and handling charges apply to all orders:

Q. Do you ship internationaly?
A. Unfortunatly not at this time. We anticipate to ship internationaly in the near future. We do ship anywhere in the US.

Q. Do you accept checks?
A. No, we don’t accept checks, We do accept credit card payments.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been posted. An email with tracking information will be sent out the day of shipping for your information.
