RETURN POLICY: |

If not 100% satisfied you may return your purchase for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
To return your purchase please follow these 2 steps: |

1. Email us at guestservices@simplybetty.com for a return request. Clearly state you would like to return your purchase. Please include invoice number and first and last name. Return request should be done 3 days of customer receiving their purchase, return requests received after 3 days of customer receiving their purchase, will not be processed or accepted.
2. Return purchase with original invoice. For your protection return merchandise via secure mail.

On reciept of the returned merchandise, refund or exchange will be issued within 1 – 2 business days.
Items over $500 dollars must pass our quality inspection before any refunds are granted.

ORDER CANCELLATION: |

Orders are usually shipped with in 1-2 business days of payment clearing. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by email guestservices@simplybetty.com.
Please include your full name, address, item number, and a brief description of the item you wish to cancel. If item has shipped before cancelation, you may return the item for a refund excluding shipping
and handling. Please read our return policy for details.
